To access the room that early, you will need to book it from the day before, so It will be kept empty.

| I am arriving at the airport out of working time (from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.) - can I order your transfer then? |
All driver services are available 24h. Our friendly drivers will be happy to meet you at airport as well as drive you through Kiev. Advance request for driver services is needed.

| What is the “Type&Transfer reservation” ?

Welcome2Kiev agency has a wide list of different types of apartment: VIP, luxury, standard, economy. Apartments of the same type are in one price range, have the similar equipment and furniture, are same situated. You can reserve an apartment of the chosen type and transfer from airport. Then our manager will offer you one of the apartments from our rental property list. No deposit for the apartment is needed then. Just 30$ transfer payment in advance. Our driver will meet you at airport and pick up to the apartment.

| What is the “Last minute reservation” ? |
If you are not sure in your trip dates – you are welcome to call us at your arrival day or day-before. Our staff will offer you the available options for accommodation.

| Is there any possibility to visit the apartment before booking? |
Of course, if you or person empowered to act for you are in Kiev you are welcome to contact us about appointment to view the accommodation place if it's available.

| What if the chosen apartment is reserved? |
| In case the apartment you’ve chosen for your accommodation is not available our manager will send you the list of available apartments of the same standard and price range and location. |
| How can I be sure my order went through successfully? |
Once we get your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This usually happens within several hours. It will include an order number for your reference. If you don’t receive an email within a cday, please call us on +380674402882 or send the request again.
